Dr. Kyle is a Springfield native. He attended St. Agnes grade school and SHG high school. In 2007 he graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate. In 2008 he graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL with his Master’s in Business Administration. During his time in the Chicago area he started an internship at the McDonald’s Corporation in Oak Brook. He eventually obtained full-time employment with the McDonald’s Corporation, but decided to move back to Springfield in 2010. For the next 5 years, he worked as a commercial lender at CEFCU in Springfield.
In 2013, Dr. Kyle felt he needed a change and wanted a career path that would allow him to help others every day. After discussions with his Father (Dr. Steven M. Sitko) and his brother (Dr. Casey S. Sitko) he decided to investigate what it would take to become a chiropractor. For the next year, he completed online pre-requisite science classes while working full time. In 2014 Dr. Kyle was admitted to Logan University’s College of Chiropractic. For the next 3.5 years Dr. Kyle’s chiropractic journey would take shape. In December of 2017, Dr. Kyle graduated as a “Legacy” with honors from Logan University.
He joined Sitko Chiropractic, at the Springfield Chiropractic Plaza, in January 2018. Dr. Kyle believes that most people who suffer from musculoskeletal pain should seek conservative treatment options, before more drastic courses of action are taken (i.e. surgery or drugs). Using chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue treatments, rehabilitative exercises and modalities Dr. Kyle effectively treats patients pain and joint dysfunction. Dr. Kyle believes that motion is the key to living a healthy life. He understands that it is the lack of motion in our joints that causes inflammation, degeneration, and pain.
On a personal note, Dr. Kyle is an avid University of Missouri sports fan and has traveled all over the country watching the Mizzou Tigers play football. He is also a loving uncle to his 4 nieces (Payton, Madelyn, Harper, and Ivy). In his free time Dr. Kyle enjoys working out, swimming at the YMCA, and biking on the Sangamon Valley Trail. He also loves boating and skiing during the summer on Lake Springfield and the Lake of the Ozarks.
